So glad you're here! My passion is helping truck drivers and their families improve the quality of their lives on and off the road. I'm a stress-management educator, certified Kripalu yoga instructor, experienced counselor, and former teacher with a Master's in Education. I'm also the creator of The Joy of Trucking YouTube channel and Road Warrior Reset.

With over three decades of experience teaching practical tools for calming the nervous system, I now help professional truck drivers reduce burnout, protect their health, and stay steady under pressure. After years of living on the road alongside Kevin, my CDL-holding husband, I understand the real demands of trucking life.
